Stock Buzz) said on Thursday it had signed a deal to buy U.S.-based Peer Bearing Company for an undisclosed sum.
SKF said in a statement PEER, which manufactures ball bearings and roller bearings at plants in China and Thailand, reported sales of almost $100 million last year and has around 1,400 employees.
